A Valley resident for 20 years, Jill Noble has already made a name
for herself in the wine industry, having worked with John Abbott
of Abeja Winery, Marie-Eve Gilla at Forgeron Cellars and the laboratory
crew at Canoe Ridge Vineyards, Jill has developed a distinctive
style of premium winemaking not to be missed.
Jill’s initial interest and education in the wine industry
came from a desire to help diversify her family wheat farm. Her
focus quickly shifted once she realized how much she enjoyed her
new art form. She was recently featured as one of the emerging “Women
in Wine” in Vintage Walla Walla—appearing on the cover
of the Winter 2005 Issue. You can read

Union-Bulletin.
Having recently completed her second custom crush, Jill now has
a new facility will that serve as production space, barrel storage
and tasting room.
